Startup Investment Fund of UK PM Rishi Sunak’s Wife, Akshata Murty, Shuts Down
UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s wife, Akshata Murty, is winding down her startup investment fund, Catamaran Ventures UK. In a filing, the company said that its directors had decided to liquidate the fund. Murty co-founded the Venture Capital Company in 2013 along with Rishi Sunak. After Rishi Sunak was elected Member of Parliament, Sunak resigned as director two years later.
