Mumbai’s Iconic Lal Baugcha Raja Ganesh Immersion Ends Successfully

Devotees will bid farewell to their beloved deity, Lord Ganesha, at Anant Chaturdashi on Thursday. Immersion Processions will head from Lalbaug Parel for the Grigaum Chowpatty seafront, starting with the Mumbaicha Raja of Ganesh at 8 a.m., followed by the Lalbaugcha Raja. The history of the Lalbaugcha Raja is famous and it is the popular Ganesh idol of Lalbaugcha Raja Sarvajanik Ganeshostav Mandal located at Putalbai Chawl a place of worship founded in 1934.
