Renowned Telangana Activist Gaddar No More: A Life Remembered and Honored

Who is Gaddar, and how did he pass?
Shri Gumadi Vittal Rao was born in Medak district in 1949. Telangana activist Shri Gummadi Vittal Rao is a well-known Gaddar he was a poet and renowned folk singer. Gaddar was admitted to Apollo Hospital due to lung and urinary problems.
The hospital management said that he was suffering from a severe heart problem and was admitted on July 20.
He underwent bypass surgery on August 3 and recovered from it. However, he is suffering from lung and urinary problems, and moreover, he is aged, which led to his demise.
His body was taken to the city of the LB stadium for the purpose of people paying their last respect, and on Monday the funeral will take place.
The political leaders expressed grief for Gadder’s demise
Telangana Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandra Shekar Rao, Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan, and Haryana Counterpart Bandaru Dattatreya, as well as top Congress leaders like AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, TDP former Chief Minister of AP Chandra Babu Naidu, and many other leaders, expressed grief for Gaddar’s demise.
