Opposition Unites to Debate on No Confidence Motion against BJP government

Congress party lawmaker Gaurav Gogoi initiated the debate on the no-confidence motion on July 23. The lawmakers will vote on the motion on Thursday after the debate ends.
The Prime Minister, Modi should not lose the vote of the BJP party because, in the parliament, BJP alliances are more in the majority.
The opposition leaders said that Modi won’t speak about the Manipur violence and riots without a debate. The debate will force him to speak on the Manipur state clashes.
In the parliament, Congress party lawmaker Mr. Gourav Gogi brought the motion to break the Modi silence on Manipur. Mr. Gogi also questioned Modi and his government about why Modi has not yet visited Manipur and has not yet acknowledged the troubles of the Manipur people.
The opposition leaders demanded that Modi address the violence in Manipur. In the clashes between the Meitei and Kukis communities, more than 150 people died and ten thousand people were displaced in Manipur.

The no-confidence debate will be a chance for the newly formed opposition alliance of 26 parties called India. The new parties were formed to display the unity of India.
The newly formed alliance of 26 parties aims to defeat the Modi government in next year’s general elections.
As per reports, expect that Modi will respond today for the opposition parties.
