OSCE stands for Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. It is a regional security-oriented intergovernmental organization comprising member states in Europe, North America, and Asia. It will manage issues such as arms control, the promotion of human rights, freedom of the press, and free and fair elections. The chairperson of the permanent council is the ambassador to the organization of the participating state, which holds the chairmanship.

In addition to the ministerial council and permanent council, the foregoing sectoral cooperation is also an important decision-making body. The headquarters of the OSCE are located in Vienna, Austria. These organizations also have offices and institutions located in Copenhagen, Geneva, Hauge, Prague, and Warsaw.
