On August 6, uranium 235, the first nuclear bomb, exploded in Hiroshima with the help of Plane P29 at a height of 580 meters. Nearly 1,40,000 people died because of the explosion of the nuclear bomb in Japan.
On August 9th, the second plutonium nuclear atomic bomb exploded in Nagasaki with the help of a plane that released the atomic bomb at a height of 500 meters. 80,000 people lost their lives in Japan because of explosions. After this, J. Robert Oppenheimer retired from his post.
