Emergency Warning in New York City as Flash Floods Hit

A state of emergency has been declared in New York City after the heavy rainfall brought flash flooding. Many of the city subway systems and roads were flooded, while one of the terminals at LaGuardia Airport was closed on Friday. Several videos showing the deluge also surfaced online.
