Smoke Rises After Successful Advanced Nuclear Energy Test at Idaho National Lab

According to a source, plumes of white smoke have been noticed rising from the desert area above the Idaho National Laboratory (INL), where nuclear energy tests are conducted. The cause of this white smoke is unknown; no unusual activity has been reported at the 890-square-mile location. It is 45 miles west of Idaho Falls, near Arco, in a desolate location. The INL is one of the Department of Energy’s 17 national labs, specializing in nuclear research, renewable energy, and security solutions.
