The Grammy Award-winning composer Ricky Kej has claimed that Samsung is harassing him after he complained about its absolutely pathetic customer service. X said that Samsung India and Samsung Mobile are now harassing me because I tweeted about their absolutely pathetic customer service. I have received three calls from their representatives, who are offering me no solution and just instructing me to visit the service center when Stylus is not even available there. No one at Samsung has any idea how to get one or where it is available, and I am ready to pay whatever for it. I urge all my friends here never to purchase anything from Samsung. Dear Samsung India, all you need to do is tell me where I can purchase the stylus. Thats all? This has taken you 2 months with no answer!
