The Chatra District Health Department is on high alert after receiving two confirmed dengue patients. A CRPF personnel was infected with dengue last week in the Chatra District, and the officials said on Tuesday that the bedded isolation center is now functional, the ventilators monitor oxygen, and the other equipment is functional.

The officials of the district hospital said that the two patients were cured of dengue and discharged from the hospital, and the administration is sending the samples of the suspects for testing to Hazaribag. The Municipality of the Chatra area is divided into four sectors to take up the dengue outbreak, and in the rural areas, sahiyas are identifying the patients, Dr. Manish Lal, Superintendent of Sadar Hospital, said that the patients who are coming with dengue symptoms are getting proper care, and regularly their samples are sent for testing.
