Chandrayaan-3 mission with the Vikram Lander and the Pragyan rover in sleep mode ISRO chief S. Somanath said it is okay if the rover doesn’t wake up because it has done what it was expected to do. The ISRO Chief mentioned that the rover may still awaken unless its electronic circuits are damaged by the moon’s extreme cold.
