In Bengaluru state, more than 3,200 dengue cases were reported in the past two months, said Health Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao. He directed the Bengaluru municipal corporation, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, to intensify its efforts to control the spread of the virus. 1,649 and 1,590 dengue cases have been detected in July and August, and currently, in September, 416 dengue cases are reported.
