Mike Jeffries, the former CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch, has been accused of exploiting men for sex. The allegations were made in a new book by journalist Katherine Keating, called “Abercrombie & Fitch: The True Story of the Brand and the Man Who Made It.”
Former model named Scott Lipps. Lipps, who is now 47 years old, alleges that Jeffries groomed him sexually when he was a young man.

Keating alleges that Jeffries used his position of power to pressure and coerce male employees into having sex with him. She also alleges that Jeffries created a hostile work environment for men by objectifying them and making sexually suggestive comments.
Jeffries has denied the allegations. He has said that he never engaged in sexual misconduct and that he always treated his employees with respect.
However, several former Abercrombie & Fitch employees have come forward to corroborate Keating’s allegations. One former employee, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told The New York Times that Jeffries “made it clear that he wanted to have sex with me.”
The allegations against Jeffries have raised important questions about the abuse of power and the culture of silence in the workplace. They have also cast a new light on Abercrombie & Fitch, which was once known for its “all-American” image.
Jeffries has denied the allegations. In a statement to The New York Times, he said that Lipps’ allegations are “false and defamatory.”
