Silver for Avinash in Men 5000m
India long-distance runner Avinash Sable continued his energetic and impressive run in the event and secured the silver medal in the Asian Games on Wednesday. The 29-year-old Indian athlete made the nation proud with his effort to finish the event with a time of 13:21.09 and secure second place. Bahrain’s Birhanu Yemataw Balew won the gold medal with 13:17:40, and Dawti Fikadu Admasu won the bronze medal with 13:25:63.
