
October 2, 2023, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Rajasthan on Monday and announced a major development push for the state. He inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for projects worth over Rs 7,000 crore.
The Prime Minister inaugurated the Rs 3,000 crore Jaipur-Ajmer Expressway and the Rs 1,500 crore Dausa-Lalsot-Kota Expressway. He also laid the foundation stone for the Rs 2,500 crore Delhi-Vadodara Expressway and the Rs 1,000 crore Jaipur-Sikar Expressway.
Speaking at a rally in Jaipur, the Prime Minister said that the development projects announced by him would create new jobs and opportunities for the people of Rajasthan. He also said that the projects would improve the state’s infrastructure and connect it to the rest of the country.
Prime Minister Modi also said that the central government is committed to providing basic necessities such as education, healthcare, and clean water to all the people of India. He said that the projects that were inaugurated on Monday are a step in that direction.
The Prime Minister also announced the launch of the Rs 1,000 crore Mukhya Mantri Jal Swavlamban Yojana, which aims to provide clean drinking water to every household in Rajasthan. He also announced the launch of the Rs 500 crore Mukhya Mantri Kisan Saathi Yojana, which aims to provide financial assistance to farmers in the state.
