New York City Governor Kathy Hochul has advised people to plan to escape routes as the flash floods have hit the city and a state of emergency has been declared. Don’t wait until the water is over your knees before you leave. Don’t wait until it’s too late. Hochul said the governor urged the people to check weather updates and schedules and exercise caution.
