New York Revokes Donald Trump’s Business License Over Fraud Allegations
Former US President Donald Trump and his older son’s business organization are liable for orchestrating a persistent and repeated fraud in which they vastly inflated the value of the properties in Manhattan and Florida, as well as the golf courses in the US and Scotland, a New York State Judge ruled on Tuesday. The case brought to the attention of New York Attorney-General Letitia James is due to go to trial.
The judge, Arthur Engroson, said that former President Donald Trump and his associates committed the fraud and issued sanctions against the Trump lawyers. The New York Court has suspended the former US President Trump’s Organization’s business licenses.
Judge Arthur Engoron’s pre-trial ruling is merely the beginning of the end for chronic conman Donald Trump. The cancellation of all Trump Organization business licenses has been ordered. Trump’s New York properties are being thrust into receivership.
The blackest clouds of bankruptcy loom large. Next, the actual trial, scheduled to begin on October 2, will potentially lead to staggering multimillions in penalties and, ultimately, the absolute banning of Trump’s business in New York. Stephanie Kennedy said in X.
Donald Trump, on a social platform, said that the ruling was a terrible reminder that the Radical Left Democrats will stop at nothing. The lawyer for Trump, Christopher Kise, called the judge’s decision outrageous and completely disconnected from the facts and governing law.
